Our advanced formula spray-on coating helps provide clean air by breaking down VOCs, noxious gases, chemicals, odors, and microbials to provide a clean and healthy atmosphere in enclosed spaces but can also be used in open air environments due to its long term residual effects. Our product is based on a naturally occurring mineral, the universally bioactive antimicrobial, titanium dioxide (TiO2). Activated by light, titanium dioxide has been proven to destroy a broad range of pollutants and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) including: Benzenes, NOx, H2S, methane, ammonia, formaldehyde, particulate matter, viruses, bacteria, fungi, algae, spores and endospores. It is gentle and safe for humans, animals and the environment and EPA and FDA approved.. Our technology is used to purify air and water, therefore posing no risk to aquatic life either. Our active ingredient, titanium dioxide found in the earth's crust, is used in cosmetics, sunscreens and even food packaging.

 

"What Are Hydroxyl Radicals?”

Hydroxyl radicals are powerful, natural sanitizing agents continuously produced in our atmosphere through the action of the sun’s ultraviolet energy on oxygen and water. These radicals are nature's tool for maintaining safe air by rapidly decomposing pollutants and killing pathogens. They react with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air, producing longer lasting organic oxidants for continued sanitization. Capable of addressing diverse pollutants from methane and ammonia to solvent emissions and smelly sweat molecules.

Continuous Operation: Unlike some other air purification methods that require periodic maintenance or replacements, photocatalytic systems can operate continuously for extended periods without the need for frequent intervention. This leads to consistent and reliable performance. Our product is applicable for water contact surfaces as well. Bacterial and fungal growth can be particularly acute in these settings. Fungi are a ubiquitous species and can be a serious threat to public health in indoor environments. Mould, a type of fungus, is able to grow on almost all-natural and synthetic materials, especially in environments that are humid or wet. Mould can be persistent on ceilings, walls and even furniture, but just one application of our product kills and keeps mould and even mould spores at bay. Mould spores are of specific concern due to their toxin-producing properties, which can lead to severe respiratory damage. Mould-associated conditions include allergies, asthma and sinusitis, ocular and skin irritation.

Our product can decompose organic and pathogenic substances in the air. When pathogens come in contact with treated walls and ceilings, they are converted into completely harmless substances. Additionally, titanium dioxide inhibits static electricity allowing particles to ground and suppresses indoor dust. It is also very effective against a long list of common pollutants such as VOCs, SVOCs, methane, ammonia, solvents, NOx, H2S, particulates, formaldehyde, benzene, methylene chloride, and carbon monoxide.

Our product is typically applied with a pressure sprayer (either hand pump or battery powered) and can even be applied in occupied areas such as offices, industrial plants, fitness facilities, hospitals, or food service areas. It can also be applied to outdoor areas such as roadways, parking aprons, aircraft areas, assembly and rest areas and around combustion exhaust emitting equipment to reduce pollutants in the area. It is tested effective for three months in high contact areas, and for six months in non contact areas, with reapplication requiring reduced quantity of spray due to long term residual effects.

It is excellent for eliminating and then protecting from mould and mould spores, especially in damp or high humidity environments, indoors and out. 

Note that our technology requires energy from light to activate: natural light, fluorescent, and incandescent, in that order, are effective in activating the desired function; sodium and LED light is not.
